By accessing and using DevLeep ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
DevLeep is a proof-of-work learning platform that provides:
- Interactive learning capsules and projects
- AI-powered mentorship and feedback
- Peer review and community features
- Public portfolio and proof-of-work tracking
- Learning analytics and progress tracking
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
4. User Content
You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in content you submit or upload to the Service ("User Content"). However, by submitting User Content, you grant us:
- A worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute your User Content

- The right to make your User Content publicly available as part of your proof-of-work portfolio
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Spam or send unsolicited communications
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
6. Public Nature of Content
DevLeep is designed as a proof-of-work platform where your learning progress, projects, and achievements are public by default. This includes:
- Your profile information and portfolio
- Projects and code you submit
- Peer reviews you give and receive
- Your learning progress and achievements
- Community posts and discussions
By using the Service, you understand and agree that your work will be publicly visible as part of your proof-of-work profile.
7. Subscription and Payments
Some features of the Service require paid subscriptions. For paid plans:
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- You can cancel your subscription at any time
- Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
- Your subscription will continue until cancelled
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DevLeep and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service will cease immediately
- Your public portfolio may remain accessible for proof-of-work purposes
- You may request deletion of your personal data
- Paid subscriptions will not be refunded unless required by law
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. DevLeep makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Service.
11. Limitation of Liability
DevLeep will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on our Service prior to the change becoming effective. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
